1. Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods:
MasterCard / Visa / American Express / UnionPay
Our price is based in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), and all payment transaction will be made in HK$.
2. Delivery
For deliveries within Hong Kong, the shipping charge will be as follows:
0 – 3kg = HK$30
3 – 5kg = HK$40
5kg or above = HK$60
For deliveries outside of Hong Kong, the shipping is charged at a flat rate of HK$200.
If the selected items are in stock, the expected delivery time is: (Please note that the shipping times here are only for your reference. They are subject to change due to extreme weather conditions or other custom clearance situations)
Hong Kong – within 7 days
Asia* – 10 – 20 days
Europe – 10 – 20 days
Rest of the World – 20 – 30 days
*China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, India
3. Exchange
Our exchange guarantee entitles you to exchange the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced.
Return products may only be exchanged for other products available for sale via www.visionaire.hk.
How to make an exchange
Goods can be exchanged in two different ways, both of which are described below. All shipping costs related to exchange are to be paid by the customer.
Exchange by post – When returning goods by post please ensure that you fill in and enclose the returns form. The returns form will have been enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or you have lost it, you can download a new one here. If you wish to send back the whole or part of the order we will offer a credit note of the amount you have paid.
Request to exchange is subject to HK$100 handling charge.
Exchanged items are delivered using the same shipping charge listed above in Section 2.
Exchange via our shops – Our shops in Hong Kong exchange goods free of charge. You may exchange goods provided that the product is available in the shop or on www.visionaire.hk. Please [contact us] a few days prior to your visit to inform us what you wish to exchange the product for, so that we can ensure that we have the goods available when you arrive.
